R# 3.1 and Backgroung nitifier window

Hello,

I install R# 3.1 for VS2005. After first load i see the next screen
(it's attachment). The Backgroung nitifier window is visible and i
can't hide it.

Did I get it right that the Plugins window opens on itself?

I added "Pugins window" on screen shot only for showing that plugins are
not installed. Bug is the backgroung nitifier window is not hidden after
solution loaded.
