Is it possible to change the default setting(s) for Code Style Sharing?

Hello,

I just wanted to know whether or not it is possible to change the
default setting for the Code Style Sharing for new solutions? I want
to make sure that all newly created solutions point to a file on the
network.

I'm afraid it's not possible yet.
