On the R# Options -> Settings, do you have Color Identifiers selected?

In both C# and VB with R#4 RTM I cannot get calls to extension methods to
show differently. Am I doing something wrong? Is the item in Fonts and

Enabling Color Identifiers fixed it for C# but not VB.

R# does not support VB.NET v9 features yet.
