User defined LiveTemplate not avialable at first try

Hi,

I have the following problem:

I have defined a live template called "tst".

When hitting CTRL+E,L in a .cs file and then typing "t" I get the "red no suggestions box".

When doing this again, tst is available in the list of Live Templates.

When writing some characters and repeating the steps above the behavior is always the same (need 2 tries to get it working).

Can confirm this in latest r# 4.1.943. It seems to me that r# must
"reinitialize" cache of live templates to add new one, or something
like this. Is this right or it is bug?
