Shortcut to disable/enable Resharper

Hi

Resharper is great, but sometimes it just gets in the way or makes
things slower. If I want to do a big restructuring of my code or I
want to use the temporary macros in Visual Studio. For these
situations I would like to quickly disable Re# and the enable it, when
I'm done.

Ctrl+8 ?
