Can't show the summary info

Hello,

Could you please check if Quick Documentation (ReSharper | View | Quick Documentation)
doesn't show documentation for any .NET Framework symbol as well? Please
also make sure that C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727 folder
on your machine contains corresponding .xml documentation files (such as
System.xml etc). Thank you!

OS: Windows Server 2003 SP2 Simplified Chinese version IDE: VS2008 SP1
Simplified Chinese version + ReSharper v4.5.1288.2

When I use ReSharper IntelliSense, the Parameter Info tooltips dos not
show any summary info. But, If I use VisualStudio
IntelliSense,everything is ok.

So sorry for my bad English.
