ASPX IntelliSense not working

I ultimately believe this to be an issue with the solution I am working on, but am hoping that ReSharper can help me over come this.

But I have an ASPX page with a master page that has a master page (ie, nested master pages).  The ASP:* controls are not giving me intellisense.  I have to hit Ctrl+Space to get it.

Is there something known that can fix this to show up without me having to hit Ctrl+Space?

Nope.

But I'm hoping that there is some way to make the intellisense that shows when I hit Ctrl+Space show up automatically.
