Quick-Fix to disable inspection missing

ReSharper, bless its soul, has an enormous number of inspections that I really hate.  It used to be the case that I could "Quick Fix" the irritating inspection ("your public method is unused -- I'm writing a class library so of coures it is!") but I've found that it no longer appears.  Did I do something to disable it?  I find myself unable to use ReSharper without this feature becaues finding inspections in ReSharper's gigantic master list of inspections is an exercise in abject torture.   How can I disable inspections via quick-fix again?

I don't remember turning it off (though I must have), but apparently the relevent option is in "ReSharper | Code Inspection | Settings | Show analysis options items in bulb menu".
