ASP.NET coding assistance for image paths with tilde

Hello Richard,

What's the root of your website? ReSharper should be able to work with tilde,
but sometimes it can't resolve the paths (in case the website root is custom).

1. seems to ignore image paths with the tilde. See the screenshots.

Is this expected behavior? I wolud think the tilde should be
acceptable, and parsed properly.

It's what I would consider a standard path (see attachment).
