How do you get rid of that "View Action List" thing covering the left edge of a XAML file?

This pop-up list cannot be turned off at the moment. There's a corresponding

How do you get rid of that "View Action List" thing that appears at
the left edge whenever I'm editing a XAML file within Visual Studio?
It is interfering with my ability to click there -- a major annoyance!

Attached is a screenshot of it. I don't see anything for switching
that off within the options.

I'm using ReSharper 5.1 (Build 5.1.3000.12), C# Edition, running in
Visual Studio 10.0.30319.1 on Windows 7. Thanks for your help,  James
