Switch off the Suppress context action

Is it possible to swithc off the "suppress <warning> with comment" from the context menu, I see in the settings you can control the various things that are suggested in terms of refactoring. But I didn't see this.

I want to reduce my context menu size and avoid the possibility of accidently supressing some warnings. I also want to get the default change as the first item to it's a quicker keystroke to correct the code.

Anyone know how to do this?
