5.0 Settings --> 6.1 Settings

The open source Orchard Project has settings defined for both ReSharper 4.5 and 5.0, see http://orchard.codeplex.com/SourceControl/changeset/view/97b1b83a943a#src%2fOrchard.5.0.ReSharper

Now that I'm running ReSharper 6.1, I need some way to import the 5.0 settings file and save it as a Solution Team-Shared settings layer.  How can I do that?
