Lost Generate Dialog when choosing Implement Members on an Interface
I am not sure what happened but in Resharper when I choose option of "Implement Members" on an Interface I no longer get the "Generate" dialog. Instead Resharper always implements the interface but gives no option for explicit impementation. I want to have the option to do explicit implementation. It feels like I have looked through every setting and I can't find anything to get this dialog back.

In order to get a dialog with various implementation options you should place the cared inside a class which implements an interface and then choose ReSharper | Edit | Generate Code and then choose Missing Members from the pop-up menu. Thank you!
