Ctrl + Click doesn't work in Resharper 7, Win8, VS2012
Hi, I installed Resharper 7 on VS2012 in Windows 8. For some reason Ctrl + Left Click doesn't work anymore for me.
'Go to Declaration on <Control + Left Click> in editor' is checked. Ctrl + B works fine.
Does anyone have similar issue?

From my observation Ctrl+Click kind of lags under VS2012, that is it takes 0.5-1 second for an identifier to become underlined and the cursor to change for a pointing finger. Once it happens Ctrl+Click works just fine. However, if you don't wait for 0.5-1 second nothing happens. F12 works right away, by the way.
I don't experience this strange behavior under VS2010 on the same machine.
