R# 7.0.1 Refactoring Context Menu Options are Greyed out

trying to figure out why the whole menu for refactoring is greyed out when I click on a class to refactor it into a new .cs file.  I'm using VS 2012 RTM and R# v7.0.1

I place my cursor at the beginning of this inline class (inline meaning I have a .cs with a ton of classes in it and I want to extract them each out into a single .cs file) and right click, select refactor and then all the options are disabled.
