1. Could you please specify the ReSharper version you are using? 2. Could you please create and attach a small sample solution, which will demonstrate this? We always need a repro case for this kind of cases.
You may try to remove the '<solution_name>.suo' file and '_<solution_name>.ReSharper' folder (located in the root directory of your current solution) and check if it helps to resolve the issue.
If it won't help, I'm afraid we'll need to have a small sample to truobleshoot this issue.
I've had this problem before, and it irritated me so much I deleted the project locally and regot everything from TFS which cleared it up. I just followed the advice to remove the suo file and _resharper folder, and at this point noticed two versions of both. Removed these and on reopening only one instance created of each and all is fine. Thanks for advice.

When I make an other project I don't have that issue. So I can't reproduced it.

I can't find the items I need to the delete. But this project is a on a team fondation server, could that be the reason?
