Cannot Resolve Symbol

Hi,

We just installed the latest ReSharper version and we are having some issues. To prove my point I created a new projet (ASP.NET Web Application) from scratch. I attached a screenshot of the problem I have when opening the project.



Is it any known solution to this problem? I don't want to disable the validation.

We are running Win7 with VS2010 and ReSharper 8.0.2
