ReSharper loses color highlighting after "Reset All Settings" in VS2013

Hello all,

I had ReSharper color highlighting going just fine, but today I hit "Reset All Settings" under Resharper > Manage Settings.  I had backed up my configuration beforehand, so didn't expect it to be a big deal.

Anyway, I reloaded my settings, and I can see that my ReSharper colors have re-loaded under Tools > Options > Environment > Fonts & Colors, but they are not being used in the code editor window.

I tried the suggestion at: http://resharper-support.jetbrains.com/entries/26859128-ReSharper-Fonts-Colors-settings-do-not-appear-in-Visual-Studio-after-installation but it didn't help.

Any suggestions?
