Unable to reach license server

We recently got a a server setup as license server. We got the server up and running and passed the ip address to the developers to use. When the develerloper starts VS 2015 and point to ip addres 8080 port, we are getting following error


Could some one tell me what might be cause of this problem? Is there a log or something I can see to debug this issue?
