Build 77 Possible Issue

I had the same problem after instaling 77. but fixed it with the pointers
given on the "still having problems after uninstalling Resharper" thread.

I'm not sure if I did something or if it is a problem with Build 77. I

installed Build 77 this morning and now when I try to create a new project
(other than an empty project) I get an error dialog.

I unstalled Build 77 but I'm still having the problem, so I'm not sure if

it is an issue with ReSharper or if it was caused by me when I added some
Windows components.
