VS Wizard is broken

I've been using Resharper, a refactoring tool for C#. The latest install broke my IDE - literally. I cannot create new projects or items in VS. See the attached image.

Try this:

regsvr32.exe "C:\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003\Vc7\vcpackages\csproj.dll"
