Open for discussion Summary
Is it possible to provide a list or link to all items deemed "Open for
discussion" somewhere? I bet there's a good chance that not too many people
will review each item in your Tracker or read all the hundreds of previous
newsgroup postings. Maybe when you do a release, you can list all the
"Open for discussion" items for everyone to review.

I'm not sure if this tracker functionality is public, but you can try
clicking "Search" on the then ReSharper tracker page
(http://www.intellij.net/tracker/resharper/browse), select "Based on" =
"All" then select "State" "EQUALS" "To be discussed". You get all tracker
items left for discussion and provided that item names are clear enough you
can see through the list.
