R#r keyboard shortcuts summary?

I'm afraid there is currently no dedicated place where you can find all
ReSharper actions / shortcuts
in a readable form. However, you can use standard VS
Tools->Options->Environment->Keyboard
page and look for commands starting with "ReSharper" prefix.

Almost all of ReSharper shortcuts are in the "ReSharper" menu.
