Poor performance with typed datasets

I think the performance depends on the size of the file with dataset.
TypeDataSet generator
usually produces quite large files, and ReSharper has currently a
performance problem with
large files. We're working to fix this issue.

Switching off syntax highlighting brings performance back to normal.
Looks like the performance problem is in highlighting algorithm.
