Problems with orphan tooltip

Sometimes you end with a floating tooltip (after pressing ctrlki) which
you cannot remove. It just stays in place, and wont go away, no matter what
you do. The only workaround is to shut VS down.

I cannot specify exactly what to do except that from time to time it
happens.

I am using build 86.
