Change signature fails on Interfaces
When I try and change the signature of an interface, ReSharper fails to
change the signature on all my implementations. Is this a known bug?

Scott,
In build 88 there is a bug with missing inhertitors information that causes
that kind of problems.

Of course. It's already fixed in the coming build #89. If you miss
inheritors search you may "downgrade" to the build #86 until #89 is
available.
