.90 - Extract Type to File is greyed(?) :-(

Jonathan,

Extract Type is now merged with Move Type - please use it to move type to
either another file or namespace.

Sorry for that. We didn't open them in #90 as well. Just a stupid mistake. Is corrected for the build #91 finally.
