Tracker System.
I'd like to use something like 'The Tracker' in a project of my own. Is the
tracker system something you guys designed yourself, or is it a publicly
available thing? If it's not available, is there anything (pretty
light-weight) similar to it for a small development project?

We are not licensing our own tracker which we use for ReSharper and IntelliJ
IDEA. However, we are using Jira for the Fabrique project and we found it
to be a good solution for software projects of at least our size and

Yes, but our tracker requires a server as well and is very much like Jira
