Bug: Crash when dragging a file on VS.net when ReSharper is readign assemblies
I dragged a text file (not related to the current solution) on VS while
Reharper was loading it's cache/parsing the assemblies. It resulted in a
crash that I coudn't submit, because the exception window was below the
parsing progress bar and could not be brought to the front.

Hello Jesse,
we've encountered similar problems several times, but we don't know a reliable
way to reproduce them. It seems that the exception is
caused by some rarely occuring race condition. If you know how to repeat
this situation, your help will be greatly appreciated.

Hmmm.. took just one attempt... I opened VS, clicked one of my larger
projects and immidiately after dropped a file on VS. I managed to get a
screendump of the stacktrace, but there's no way to scroll down.

Hello Jesse,
thanks, I'll try to repeat it. Do I understand correctly that you had dropped
a file on VS before
the ReSharper progress indicator appeared?

That's correct. It might help that I'm only on a P3 1000Mhz slowness
sometimes brings strange deadlocks to the light.

Any luck yet?
Jesse
Hello Jesse,
frankly speaking, still no luck. I've tried it many times on several machines
but to no effect. Even if I manage to
drop a file, it doesn't cause a crash. We'll check it on a machine with somewhat
other configuration
(genuinely dual P4-HT box) than all we've tried before, may be this will
shed light on the issue.

Hmm... I don't seem to be able to reproduce this anymore. But that could
be related to the fact that I re-installed my machine last week due to
some spyware infestation...
