Keyboard shortcuts in non-US VS2003

It's planned to fix this problem for 2.0. Just not done yet.

I use a german VS2003. Sorry, but it's very annoing to do the keyboard
shortcuts assignment by hand on every update :(

Why isn't it possible to fix Resharper|Options|General|Reset shortcuts
?
