Sorry about delay - have been away for a few days :)
What do you mean by "greyed out"? How does it look?

Forgot to say, I have the same experience Mike had with 209. It does go away if I restart the IDE, but comes back again after a while.
It looks like it has Enabled = false.

I've had this as well, it's not just the fix error popup - Ctrl-E, Ctrl-Shift-V, etc. also do not work. The dialogs appear, but you cannot navigate in them either with the mouse or the keyboard. It's like they aren't receiving focus or something.
I find it happens after I run a batch of unit tests. Similarly, restarting the IDE seems to fix it (but is rather painful :-|).
It's a known problem with popups, that sometimes stop receiving focus without any prticular reason. Unfortunately, I do not know how to reproduce it (it happens sometimes, not after running batch of unit tests as nored below), the current workaround is to restart VS. I'll do my best to cope with the problem ASAP.
I saw that in 209. Don't remember if I saw it in 210. Restarting the IDE
fixes it but it tends to come back again pretty quickly. YMMV.
Cheers,
MikeS.

same problem, an additionally i hav a 25% chance that visual studio freezes.
Sean,

Thanks Sergey. Don't you just love those sort of bugs ;) Look forward to
a fix when you can find the cause.
