Performance of build 211

Hello Maxim,

Build 211 does not incorporate major cache changes. Look forward to more
noticable imrovements in further builds.

Hello,

Installed it and played with it a bit. Nice job! Clearly, the
performance of caches has been improved. I did not managed to measure
it exactlly, but now warn startup time for our largest solution is
about 20 seconds. It was more than a minute with build 210!

Strange... Can't understand then why it starts faster now. Maybe disk defragmentation
helped.
