[211] Don't display Profile test

Showing the menu item even when no profiler installed is intentional. Otherwise
how would user know about possiblity to profile tests and where to download
the profiler?

Hello,

new to 211 is the menu option "Profile xxxx" on the test icons. If
there is no profiler installed, you display a message. Please, detect
the presens of the profiler before building the menu and don't show
the menu option if the profiler is not installed.

Well, we can add a checkbox into the dialog shown that profiler is not installed.
But is the menu item really annoying?

Yes, for me it is. At least the menu should be disabled to give a fast
response that this function is not accessible.
