I believe that the link with the full list of fixed bugs is incorrect in the
announcements newsgroups. What is the correct link please?

Because when I click on the link specified in the announcement I only see
fixed bugs up until version 211 which seems to be the highest build when
grouped by build number

'Build' column indicates the build for which the issue was opened. What you
need is 'Fixed in' column.
