[213] Warning highlighting settings are not saved

ReSharper 213 for Visual Studio 2005 doesn't save my warning
highlighting settings between restarts. It does save some other
settings though. For example it saves "Enable Identifier Highlighting"
option but doesn't save "Redundant 'this' qualifier" - "Do not show".
