Rename refactoring & Move type should be able to rename in string literals, comments and non-c# files

This is awsome! However we only get rename refactorings in string
literals and comments. We still don't have them in non-c# files... We
dearly need it for html files...

Not for 2.0. But could you please post an SCR so that we won't miss it for
2.x?
