[214] Renaming of operations not possible

Installed Build 214 and tried to rename an operation using either F2 or the
menu this does not work. I have submitted this to the issue tracker I
believe the number was 15555.

Using VS2K3 and W2K. Renaming variables works however.

Anyway after trying a rename of an operation I have to kill my VS process
loosing unsaved work.
