[216] False error highlights in class when reopening solution

Steps to reproduce:

1) Open a solution
2) Open a class in the code editor (F7)
3) Close Visual Studio 2003 IDE
4) Reopen Visual Studio 2003 IDE
5) Reopen the solution
6) Lot of false error highlights in the class that was last opened (the
opened windows are persisted in the SUO file)

Possible workaround:

1) Clear the cache
2) Close Visual Studio 2003 IDE
3) Reopen Visual Studio 2003 IDE
4) Reopen solution
5) False error highlights are no longer displayed
