[215] Can't add parameters in ChangeSignature

Is it still the issue in the latest build? If yes, could you please post
it to the tracker?

I can't add a new parameter when using the ChangeSignature
refactoring. I add type, name and default value, and the Continue
keeps grayed out.

Happens with constructors and regular methods.
