[224] IntelliSence exception

While typing code intellisence popup appears- if I want to chose one of
proposed values using TAB key, an exception occurs (see #19174 for details).

It happens since 220 or 221 and its pretty annoying :)

I'm getting this a lot too.  Not every single time, but way, way too
frequently.
