Can't use "foreach" live template
When I type "foreach" and press tab, I get "foreach ()" since "foreach" is a
valid completion keyword. The tab doesn't invoke the live template
replacement, and instead just completes.
Again, annoying but I'm not sure how to fix it.

Do you have 'Autopopup completion on typing' on?

Yes. I thought it would be convenient. I guess not. I'll turn it off. It
seems to create more problems than it solves.
