Parameter Display

The parameter display has problems if there is not enough horizontal space.

I have attached two examples.

In the incorrect example, I need to see the first parameter but the last one
is shown. This requires me to scroll the tool tip to display the first item
in the list.
This occurs when the line is long.

In the second example, I moved the source code line further way over to the
left whic allows more room for the parameter display. Pressing ctrl-P
correctly shows the first parameter for the method.
