[238] Always getting "ReSharper cannot add its entries to the Visual Studio menu"

we've overlooked this problem in 238 for VS 2003, it seems to be a false
warning. Will be
fixed in 239.

Everytime I start VS.NET 2003, I get the following error message
(since build 238):

"ReSharper cannot add its entries to the Visual Studio menu, ..."

The menu itself seems to be ok, as far as I know, but there's a
corresponding

log entry ("Falscher Parameter" meens "Wrong parameter"):
