It seems I've posted this message three times.......sorry about that, I have no idea how that happened!

Try ReSharper > Options > General > Reset Shortcuts. Does it help?

In when I use Find Usages, my ctrl-alt-up/down navigation shortcut
keys do not work. Any ideas as to how I can fix this?

No, this has no effect.

Valentin, nothing to do with R#, was my graphics driver.....check out http://www.intellij.net/forums/thread.jspa?messageID=5142520&#5142520.
