[304] Editor settings get reset

This is a known problem will be fixed in the release.

"Auto list members" / "Parameter information" get reset on every VS
restart. I am clearing both checkboxes (otherwise it will show 2
lists: from VS and from R#), but the boxes are set again after VS
restart.
