ReSharper menu items grayed out

Using build 312, many items in my resharper menu were grayed out:
Windows, Search, View, Code, Goto, Refactor, View from template and
Unit Testing. Remaining features of ReSharper worked fine.

I tried Reset Shortcuts in the ReSharper->Options dialog and this
fixed the problem.

No, I cannot reproduce this and it did not happen on a second machine. I'll
check it next time I update.
