[500] Can't re-order surround with menu

I can move the order of the surround with templates (so they match the 2.5.2
versions including my user templates) and they stay there until I close and
re-open R#. Am I missing some setting?

Not a big deal, but my old fingers don't take to retraining so easily
anymore and once you are familiar with the keyboard shortcuts, R# gives you
wings...
