Renaming, a strongly Typed Resource, doesn't rename Resource Entry

If you need to rename resource key you must renaming it in the resx designer.
The next version of RGreatEx will be contain refactoring method "Rename Resource
Name".

I tried to rename a strongly typed Resource,which worked, the
generated code was renamed. And if I said although search renaming in
string literals the Resource Access was renamed.

But unfortunately it didn't found out that it although has to rename
the Resource Name in the Resource.resx File.
