Failed to load error for R# in VS2008 Beta2

Hello abdu,

the forum discussion you're referring to is about ReSharper 1.x, so it hardly
has something to do with the problem you're experiencing.
Could you please clarify: does the error happen when you load other (e.g.
non ASP) projects? Please also post a screenshot illustrating it.

I installed R# 3.0 for VS2008. When I load an asp.net project, I get
an error message "The Add-in Resharper 3.0 failed to load or causes an
exception........................

I was reading this post and noticed that none of the dll's are in the
PrivateAssemblies folder. Also I couldn't find the registrar.exe
program therefore I couldn't follow the steps mentioned in the post.

It happens with any kind of solution file. It comes up when VS 2008 is starting.
This is the screen capture and this is the path to the add-in file.

M:\Program Files\JetBrains\ReSharper\v3.0\vs9.0\Bin\ReSharper.9.0.AddIn.
I see a double slash in the path in the screen but I don't think that matters?

I think that the most wise action (if you've not tried it yet) would be re-install
ReSharper. If this doesn't help, please notify us.

I reinstalled it but I get same problem.

I am also running VS 2005 with R#3.0.

So it's not working.. what's the next step? What's the method to have a more detailed log or error description when installing R#?
