Solution Wide Analysis

I've just installed version 3.1 of ReSharper and I already like the Solution Wide Analysis feature.

But: I'm using .NET 3.5 and some C# 3.0 features like the new properties. I don't like the red bar's and warning's so I used CTRL+8 feature to stop analysing the specific file. Why does this feature not get combined with the Solution Wide Analysis? I don't want to analyse this file at all.
